What this is. Soldu is a private link where a seller collects offers on one thing and says yes or no to the highest one. The page is run by Nova Page Publishing Ltd. We are not a party to any sale.
No money passes through us. If the seller says yes, you pay the seller directly, the way they chose, and arrange pickup or delivery between you. We never hold, see or refund the money. We make no promises about the item, its condition, its price, or that anyone will pay or hand it over. We never hold the money or the item, so we can’t settle a dispute or decide who is right. Meet in person, or use a payment method with its own buyer protection. If a listing looks like a scam, report it and we’ll review it.
An offer is not a purchase. Nothing is agreed until the seller says yes, or your offer meets the seller’s auto-sell price, set in advance. Even then, the deal is between you and the seller.
What sellers see. Sellers see the three highest offers and a short record for each buyer (purchases completed, missed and reported, whether the email is confirmed, since when) — never a name or email before a sale. When a seller says yes to one offer, the others go on a backup list; that is not a purchase, and you can leave the list anytime. After a yes, no new offers until the seller reopens the link.
What you can sell. Anything legal. Soldu only shows who offers the most. What is sold, and whether it is as described, is between buyer and seller — we are not part of the sale.
Not allowed. Illegal items or services; drugs, controlled substances and prescription medicine; guns, ammunition and explosives; hazardous materials (flammable or toxic chemicals); counterfeits and pirated goods; stolen goods. Listings reported in these categories are taken down, and the seller may be blocked.
Be decent. No harassment, and no links or contact details in names or titles. When these rules are broken we may remove a listing, block a buyer, pause a seller, or ignore an offer. Every page has a report link.
Who can use it. Adults in the United States, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and India. There are no accounts; a seller’s link works from the phone that made it.
Soldu Plus. Soldu Plus is an optional subscription for sellers that renews automatically every month. You buy it in the app through Apple on iPhone or Google Play on Android, and the price is shown there before you buy. It renews until you cancel it in your Apple Account settings or in Google Play, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Plus lets you keep up to 30 links open at a time instead of 3, put several things on one link, and set an auto-sell price. Everything a sale needs stays free. Apple’s standard licence agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to the iPhone app.
Liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Nova Page Publishing Ltd. is not liable for anything arising from a listing, an offer, a payment or a sale.
Governing law: British Columbia, Canada. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live.
