Short answers first. If yours isn’t here, write to us below — a person reads every message.
A private link someone sent you. It shows one thing they’re selling. You make an offer; they say yes or no. That’s the whole thing — no accounts, no chat, no haggling.
One number, in the currency shown. US dollar amounts can include cents; other currencies are whole numbers. You can raise as often as you like — each raise at least 5% more than the highest offer, with a few minutes between raises. If the seller says no or someone offers more, you can offer again while the link is open. The seller never sets a price; you say what it’s worth to you.
There’s no timer. A link stays open until the seller sells it or takes it down.
The three highest offers — amounts only, never a name — and a short record for each buyer (purchases completed, missed and reported, whether the email is confirmed). You can see the highest offer so far; you never see who made it. If someone offers more, this page tells you so.
Yes: you pay the seller the way they asked, within 24 hours, then tap “I paid”. When the seller confirms the money arrived, you each get the other’s name and email to arrange pickup. If the seller takes cash (or set no pay method), you get each other’s name and email right away and pay when you meet. No: you get one email saying so, and you can offer again while the link is open. Taken down: the listing closes and every offer on it is gone. We’re not part of the sale either way.
Anything legal. Not allowed: illegal items or services; drugs, controlled substances and prescription medicine; guns, ammunition and explosives; hazardous materials; counterfeits and pirated goods; stolen goods. Listings reported in these categories are taken down. What is sold is between buyer and seller — Soldu is not part of the sale.
No. You’re paying the seller directly. Soldu is not part of this payment and can’t refund it. Pay only what you agreed, and only through the method shown on your page.
Soldu is only a way to take offers. We never hold the money or the item, so we can’t settle a dispute, refund a payment or decide who is right — that is between buyer and seller. To stay safe, meet in person, or pay with a method that has its own buyer protection. If a listing looks like a scam, tap “Report this listing” on its page: we review reports twice a day and take down listings that break the rules.
Names and emails are erased on their own 7 days after a listing closes. Want it gone sooner? Choose “Delete my data” below and send it from the email you used. We remove your name and email from every offer you made, stop any emails about things for sale in your area, and confirm by email.
In the app, open the link and tap “Take it down”. It closes at once, and everyone with an offer on it gets one email saying so. Buyer names and emails on it are erased 7 days later.
Soldu Plus is an optional monthly subscription for sellers, bought in the app through Apple. It lets you keep up to 30 links open instead of 3, put several things on one link, and set an auto-sell price. Everything a sale needs stays free. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app, or your data, does not cancel it.
In the app: Settings > Delete my data. Your open links are taken down, buyers with an offer get one email, and your name, email, payment details, photos, links and the offers on them are erased right away. It can’t be undone. If a sale is still in progress — you said yes and haven’t marked it as received or sold — finish or cancel it first; once a sale is finished you can delete right away. Deletion also waits while your account is under review. Soldu Plus is cancelled separately, in your Apple Account settings.
A link is paused when its title matches a word on our not-allowed list, or when three different people report it. While it’s paused, nobody can make an offer and the seller can’t say yes. We look at paused links twice a day. If it’s fine, it opens again with every offer still on it. If it breaks the rules, it’s taken down and we email the seller why.
